Getting Started
Starting with a new therapist can be both exciting and a bit overwhelming. In an attempt to ease some of that initial anxiety, here's a breakdown of what you can expect once you contact me.
I will get back to you within the week via email. At this time, I will offer you the option of setting up a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward in working together, I will send you some forms to fill out and we will coordinate to set up your first session!
I'm currently offering both in person and remote sessions. If we decide to do video sessions, I will email you a link for our session 24 hours before our scheduled appointment time. When the time comes, just click the link and we'll get started. If we're doing phone sessions, I will call you at our allotted appointment time and we'll go from there.
